ROLE.
As the key figure in this position your responsibilities include the following.
Formulate and execute the research and development strategy with a focus on maximizing the return on investment in research endeavors.
Establish cultivate and oversee the innovation team.
Take the lead in conceiving testing and verifying novel supplement products ensuring robust scientific support and adherence to applicable regulatory standards.
Engage in partnerships with universities and research establishments to steer joint research projects and coauthor scientific publications.
Conceive and bring to market fresh supplement products from initial idea to commercial release.
Oversee efforts to secure patents in order to bolster the companys intellectual property portfolio.
Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to ensure the success of product launches.
QUALIFICATIONS.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications.
Hold a Ph.

or Postdoctoral degree in Nutrition Food Science Biochemistry or a closely related field.
Demonstrate a proven track record of propelling innovation publishing research and introducing new products.
Exhibit a deep understanding of the supplements market including its trends regulatory prerequisites and consumer preferences.
Have experience in the application process for patents and collaboration with academic institutions.
Display strong leadership abilities capable of inspiring and motivating a team.
Possess exceptional problemsolving analytical and project management skills.
