HEAD OF GROWTH

We are looking for a Head of Growth to manage a growth team of approximately 10 team members.
Main responsibilities of the Head of Growth are guiding a performance marketing team to achieve excellent results and building a strong brand to help grow the business.
In ComparaJá we see Marketing as a key pillar of our growth focus strategy.
What You Will Do Guide the performance marketing team to achieve excellent results across the different verticals of the business.
Develop our SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
Be the guiding force behind the development of a strong brand by putting in place a robust analytical framework to achieve the desired results.
Coordinate and manage the team responsible for the creation of financial services content, Public Relations and external partnerships and the social media strategy.
Coordinate the liaison between the team and the various functional departments (operations, product, and technology).
Analyze operational and financial performance to maximize profits through a constant adjustment of the marketing strategy.
Recruit and be part of the onboarding and training of the marketing team.
Lead, motivate and support the team in a demanding and competitive environment.

Have acquired a bachelor's or master's degree with outstanding results in Management, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.
You have more than 2 years of experience leading teams.
You are knowledgeable in MS Office Excel, Google Sheet, and analytical tools.
You are a great communicator, have a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a genuine interest in learning, and acting on the desire.
You have a strong affinity for critical thinking, analytical, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation with a good capacity to define priorities.
Ideally, you are available to start ASAP, but it is not restrictive.
You speak and write fluent Portuguese and English.

You have previous experience working in consulting or at a start-up and/or have previous experience in building strong brands.
