We are seeking a Global Learning & Leadership Development (L&LD) Learning Lead - Professional Skills to join our team.
This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing our strategy for developing high-quality learning content to enhance the skills and competencies of professionals across the globe.
Accountabilities.
As the Global L&LD Learning Lead, you will develop and execute a comprehensive global content strategy for professional skills development.
You will manage the Professional Skills portfolio and learning pathways, create engaging learning experiences, and assess learning outcomes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and design learning pathways.
You will also establish partnerships with external content providers, industry experts, and academic institutions to expand the breadth and depth of available learning resources.
Essential Skills/Experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field - Proven experience in designing and delivering professional development programs for a global audience Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning technologies - Excellent project management skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data - Strategic thinking linked to business strategy - Proficiency in learning management systems, content authoring tools, and digital learning platforms - Strong process development and content lifecycle management skills Desirable Skills/Experience.
