Responsibilities.
Customer Service Excellence.
As a GermanSpeaking Customer Advisor your main responsibility is providing exceptional support to Germanspeaking clients in banking.
Utilize various communication channels to assist clients with inquiries offer guidance on banking products and resolve issues promptly.
Banking Assistance.
Help clients with bankingrelated queries including account inquiries and transaction assistance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive accurate assistance.
Product Knowledge.
Develop a deep understanding of banking products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Stay updated on banking regulations and industry trends.
Issue Resolution.
Address client concerns professionally aiming for quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
Feedback Collection.
Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in banking services.
Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications.
Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication skills in English.
Previous customer service experience especially in banking is advantageous but not required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customerfocused approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
