Job Description.
The Circular Economy Project aims to use products such as electric motors in a more sustainable manner.
For this purpose, decisions on the potential reuse at the end of the first lifecycle of a respective component should be made based on data.
You actively contribute with high commitment and maximum effort to the transformations towards innovative technologies and the data-driven future of Electrified Motion.
You identify and explore the best solutions to realize a sustainable product lifecycle.
You are contributing to the scope of data-based decision preparation within the Circular Economy Project.
The focus of your contribution will be data analysis, legal considerations of data sharing and usage, business case calculation and customer communication.
Qualifications.
Education.
Completed degree in engineering/natural sciences or similar practical experience in customer communication, project management, software development, product development, sales.
Personality.
Persuasive, communicative, highly motivated, fully engaged, and interested in exploring new paths.
Work approach.
Quick and adaptive comprehension, careful and systematic work, customer-centricity, and high willingness to help.
Experience.
Several years of professional experience in product development, sales, customer communication, start-up mentality, and service business.
Know-how.
Digital Trouble Code (DTC) analysis, AI tools for data analysis, Rhetoric, problem-solving, agile work including tools, mechanical system product development, cloud-based solutions, cloud computing, and Data Bricks, Legal considerations regarding data sharing and usage, business case calculation.
Language.
Fluent in English and German Additional Information.
