What You'll Be Working On.
As a Commerce Cloud Technical Lead, you'll be an integral part of our Digital Experience Train, working within the eCommerce team.
Collaborating with innovative leaders possessing diverse skill sets, you'll contribute to the journey of delighting our customers.

As the team lead, you'll partner with business stakeholders and creative development teams to deliver online customer experiences that surpass expectations.
Your Role.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of customer-facing digital solutions, from design to implementation.
- Contribute to our Salesforce technology stack while fostering an engaging and enjoyable environment.
- Showcase expertise as a full-stack developer and mentor to junior team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers, enhancing their technical skills and reviewing solutions.
- Leverage excellent communication skills to collaborate with global engineering groups and stakeholders.
- Innovate and solve complex problems creatively.
Skills and Qualifications.
Must have 5+ years of strong experience in implementing large scale, multi -country, multi-language Ecommerce B2C web sites preferably on SFCC Experience building and developing websites Experience using and implementing Content Management solutions to drive front end development Lead the development and maintenance of frontend (HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, JQuery) and backend components (JavaScript, CommonJs, MVC) of our eCommerce platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI teams, to integrate designs and ensure a seamless user experience Build Proofs-Of-Concept to illustrate possible technical solutions to stakeholders and technical staff.
Build technical roadmap to align with business strategy.
Partnering end-to-end with Product Managers / Owners, Business Stakeholders, and business analysts to understand customer requirements and process flows and translate them into Salesforce technology solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize features, and deliver solutions.

Exposure to Salesforce Applications.
Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud and third-party payment integrations (such as Adyen, Paypal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
Demonstrate a strong command of technical details to translate proposed solutions into functional specifications with technical team.
Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements the applications built.
B2C Commerce Cloud certification is desirable.
