Position Overview.
As a FrenchSpeaking Financial Controller youll oversee financial activities analyze data and provide strategic insights to support decisionmaking.
Your responsibilities will include managing accounts receivable monitoring financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
While a bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field is preferred we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong aptitude for financial management.
Key Responsibilities.
Supervise accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow and minimize delinquencies.
Prepare financial reports budgets and forecasts analyzing variances to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide strategic guidance to senior management based on financial analysis and market insights.
Qualifications.
Fluent in French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English is also required.
Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field preferred.
2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable finance or a related field.
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
