As part of our expansion into the French-speaking market, we are seeking a dedicated and fluent French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal.
Position Overview.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team.
The French-Speaking Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our French-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both French and English, as well as a passion for helping customers resolve their inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French.
Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, billing inquiries, and other concerns.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications.
Fluency in French (both verbal and written) is essential.
Proficiency in English Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
