Descrição You will work closely with the HR department based in Lyon.
You will have the opportunity to join a nice, dynamic, and operational team.
You will follow and ensure the production and reliability of payroll within your scope in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
You will verify variable elements, monitor employee entries and exits, conduct consistency checks, and address any anomalies as needed.
You will verify social and tax declarations and manage relationships with external agencies.
You will have the ability to propose areas for improvement in processes, digitalization, or productivity.
You will produce periodic activity reports.
Perfil ideal 3/4 years of experience in French payroll processing (ideally in the industrial sector).
Fluent or Native in French (mandatory).
You have analytical and synthesis skills, you are autonomous, and proactive.
You are known for your commitment and discretion.
Ideally, you have a good level of English (international environment).
Vantagens Despite this role being based in Porto, there is the possibility of having a 100% remote work model.
