Assist customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
Provide account and application support to customers with regards to software functionality.
Provide accurate and real-time responses to the customers inquiries.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements.
Native or Fluent French + Fluent English (mandatory).
Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable) Good communication skills and a positive mind! What We Offer.
