Descrição Este profissional de Field Service irá integrar a equipa do norte, mas terá mobilidade nacional, participando nas seguintes atividades.
Instalação, comissionamento de equipamentos; Manutenção dos equipamentos no cliente e instalação de máquinas de enchimento; Realização de serviços de solução de problemas e busca de falhas no local e por telefone Supervisão da produção dos equipamentos nas instalações do cliente e formação dos operadores; Criação e gestão de relacionamento positivo com os clientes, incluindo suporte e acompanhamento aos mesmos.
Perfil ideal Formação técnico-profissional em Automação, Eletromecânica ou similar; formação académica Engenharia Eletrotécnica, eletrónica, eletromecânica ou similar; Conhecimentos ou experiência em automação; Conhecimentos em PLC´s (parameteriação).
Conhecimentos na vertente elétrica; Experiência com máquinas de enchimento é uma grande vantagem; Conheicmentos de inglês (intermediário ou fluente); Bons conhecimentos em Microsoft Office, na ótica de utilizador; Responsabilidade, dinamismo, organização e boa capacidade para trabalho em equipa.
Disponibilidade para deslocações (norte), pontualmente outras geografias.
