Do you dream of working in Tourism, with a friendly environment focused on quality? If yes, you are the person we are looking for! In this role, you’ll be expected to support our Onboarding and Account Management teams with field work by visiting and inspecting properties, accompanying suppliers, coordinating and hosting maintenance interventions, and receiving deliveries.
The nature of this position requires you to be self-motivated, reliable, and dynamic, as you will be working mostly from the field and your job is mostly operational.
What is your mission? Visit and inspect properties Take inventories and suggest improvements Coordinate suppliers (cleaning, photographers, maintenance) Coordinate and receive deliveries Accompany maintenance interventions Who you are? Ideally you are currently studying & are interested in the hospitality field, this internship can be curricular or extra curricular You enjoy fieldwork and wandering around the city Preferable.
Portuguese (fluent/proficient) and English skills (fluent) You’re able to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
Excellent communication and social skills.
you’re someone who is comfortable speaking to suppliers and colleagues alike.
Self-motivated.
no problem being self-accountable and reliable to work alone, likes to get the job done.
