FAMILY LAW AFFIDAVIT FOR PROPERTY SETTLEMENT

I am Hagar den Jursch I live in Darwin NT I'm the respondent of these proceedings.
I was born and I'm currently 38 years old I am self employed through myself.
The applicant of these proceedings is my last short term partner Rachel Ann Downey born I believe Rachel is currently employed by Rio Tinto and works her company juiciest pty Ltd.
I make this affidavit in reply to Rachel's affidavit.
Background.
Rachel and I commenced a short term relationship from to with 2 short term breakups.
I moved in With Rachel as my sister was moving to a smaller house due to work.
There are no children of the relationship.
pre action proceedings against me Pre separation I was offering to assist help Rachel buy her own property in Darwin or her chosen location.
After separation I assisted Rachel with new Tyers to her car, services and maintenance to ensure her car and trailer were safe and Juiciest was ready to trade.
From then I was in negotiations with Rachel and had mad several generous offers out of good will to help Rachel.

Rachel's assets apon relationship.
Rachel owned a property located at unit king George st, Victoria park WA.
Rachel had purchased this property approx 20 years prior for $ and I was told sold for I believe $ she then had to pay the bank a further $ to realise the property as she had borrowed against it.
Rachel also owned a car, Holden cruise I believe sale price was $ and furniture $ sale price, estimated savings $.
I owned 3 x land cruiser utes, 1 quad, 3x tractors, 1 x dozer farm equipment, tooling and trailers, furniture, guns and ammo and live stock.

At the commencement of our relationship of our relationship I was self employed, doing Rio patios, bathrooms, sheds ect, to establish and support my business.
Other benefits came from selling my machinery, livestock and other assets as my property was for sale.
Once my bussines was established I took on several high income contracts for Endeavour building and SC Building my gross for the year was $.
I contributed to all house hold expenses 50%.
First was cash, then a join bank account between Rachel and myself which we each put in $250 a week and after that we went back to bank/cash transactions as Rachel didn't like the joint account.
In April I completed my dream of 15 years and purchased my property in the Northern Territory, 115B Stockwell road, Blackmore .
This was paid for in full from the proceeded from my previous property purchase price $.
The block was planned for a shed off grid, not a permanent dwelling as per plans put through to the council.
Rachel worked at Rio Tinto until November , we're she resigned due to work conditions and to follow her dream of her bussiness in Karratha and Darwin.
I believe Rachel sold $ worth of shares to do this and pay $ to the bank for her sold property.
Rachel also held $ cash from sale of her furniture and my tools.
My Property I full purchased my property with my money fmade from my previous property.
The block is rural/remote with gravel road assess only and no services passing.
The Block is intended perpose is for a self sufficient shed for work and play.
With my savings I bought the steel to build the shed and do earth works.
I then borrowed a further $ from my mother to pay contractors to do concrete pad, footings and purchase insulation and fridge panels to build a room/office and for living experience.
Rachel and myself stayed at a mango farm and due to financial hard ship camped at property after.
When moving it was agreed that I would help Rachel 40% with Juiciest to pay for living expenses, I would also receive small purchases from Bunnings and suppliers estimated value $.
Later I then also worked 40% in Alieds as per our following agreement.
Being contract work Rachel would always receive full payment.

This purchase by Rachel was to pay my funds and assisting with borrowed for buying her car and trailer, trailer renovations.
Contribution and assistance for Rachel's prado purchase was $ cash transfer and $ in unpaid rent from the purchaser, also funds of over $ lent to buy her work trailer and renovations to her trailer.

I assisted Rachel after separation inclusive of paying 50% new Tyers, maintenance and servicing all her assets to ensure Juiciest could continue operating.

$ solar and building materials were payed back through the amount I lonned Rachel for her car, trailer and work with juiciest and Alieds.
Living expenses were worked out eventually 50% through funds or contribution to working for juiciest and Alides.
