Job Description.
Your contribution to something big.
* Support in coordinating daily tasks in sales operations for our sales team across Africa; * Identification, assessment and development of proposals to standardize and harmonize processes related to logistics and sales operations; * Support in administrative tasks such as price list updates and product data management; * Follows up with customers, the sales team, our business units and plants regarding ongoing projects in product management; * Support with the processes in product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning and product launch; * Support with CRM set up and maintenance.
Qualifications.
What distinguishes you.
* Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Business Administration or closely related fields; * Familiarity with SAP is a plus; * Being self-directed, self-motivated and keen to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Ability to work within a team in an international environment; * Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); * Good communication skills; * Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
