The drawing will be used as a blueprint for USA PERMIT.
Key Elements.
- Floor Plans.
These are essential for showing the layout of the building and the dimensions of each room.
- Elevations.
Vertical views of the building that show the exterior design, including windows, doors, and other architectural features.
- Sections.
These show a cut-through view of the building from different angles, giving a clear picture of the internal structure and layout.
Additionally, I require the inclusion of.
- Electrical Plans.
Layout of lighting fixtures, outlets, and other electrical components.
- Plumbing.
The location of pipes, drains, and plumbing fixtures.
- HVAC.
The design of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
Skills and Experience.
I am looking for a freelancer with strong experience in creating technical drawings for engineering projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and a solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles are essential.
Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC plans will be a significant advantage.
