End User Service Specialist M/F Responsabilidades.
– Funcionar como o primeiro ponto de contacto dos utilizadores, fazendo o link interno e respetivas escalações.
Supervisionar e controlar o funcionamento da infraestrutura local e global realizando, em caso de necessidade, as acções corretivas para assegurar um alto nível de performance.
Perfil.
– Experiência profissional superior a 2 anos em Service Desk; – Experiência comprovada em plataformas Windows (Workstation e Server), Active Directory e Exchange; – Conhecimentos redes (TCP/IP), Sistemas Operativos e Hardware; – Fluência em Inglês; – Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa; – Forte orientação para o cliente e cumprimento de objetivos; – Carta de Condução.
Preferencial.
– Experiencia Professional superior a 2 anos em Service Desk em ambiente multinacional; – Certificação ITIL; – Conhecimentos avançado de redes (TCP/IP); – Conhecimentos de ambientes cloud; – Fluência em Francês; – Conhecimento de ferramentas da Manage Engine (Servicedesk, Endpoint Central, OP manager).
