As a Customer Service Representative you will be the goto expert for SMB clients helping them grow their businesses across multiple channels.
Your responsibilities include.
Providing support via phone email and chat to help SMBs maximize their potential Assisting SMB clients with selfservice advertising solutions ensuring they achieve their marketing goals Delivering pre and postsales support for all selfservice products Offering product and tool guidance to enhance the customer experience Identifying trends and resolving challenges faced by multiple SMB clients Acting as the voice of our customers providing valuable insights and feedback to our engineering team What We Offer.
