Responsibilities.
Championing Safety.
As a DutchSpeaking Platform Safety Representative your primary objective is to advocate for user safety.
Monitor user activity identify potential risks and proactively address them to uphold platform security.
Community Engagement.
Engage with Dutchspeaking users to address concerns foster positive interactions and cultivate trust within the community.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for safetyrelated inquiries and assistance.
Policy Implementation.
Implement and enforce platform safety policies and guidelines ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Stay informed about emerging safety trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Incident Management.
Respond promptly and effectively to safetyrelated incidents including reports of harassment abuse or inappropriate content.
Conduct thorough investigations escalate issues as necessary and implement preventive measures to mitigate future occurrences.
Educational Outreach.
Develop and deliver educational resources and training materials to enhance user awareness of safety protocols and best practices.
Empower users to take proactive measures to safeguard themselves and others within the online community.
Qualifications.
Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential.
Strong communication skills in English.
Exceptional problemsolving abilities and keen attention to detail.
