Main responsibilities.
· Plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of the company's accounting and financial services under senior guidance · Participate in defining financial policies · Collaborate in defining the company's general objectives · Determine investment priorities submitted for senior review · Prepare the annual budget and monitor periodic forecasts · Develop the investment plan · Prepare cash flow statements · Manage relationships with banking entities · Define the general conditions for implementing financial policies and control their execution · Coordinate the accounting team's activities to ensure the department's functioning and development · Supervise the daily work performed by the accounting department · Supervise and monitor compliance processes for tax obligations · Control periodic accounting closures · Lead monthly finance update meetings with stake holders · Comply with policies and procedures across the area, maximizing performance on the Finance Balanced Socrecard · Manage, maintain and develop relationships with the current main banking entities · Will assume responbsability for the negociations and compliance of major contracts such as Insurance; energy etc.
Profile.
· Relevant degree, in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting, · Certified accountant (Eliminating factor) · Minimun 5 years previous experience in a similar role or with progressive growth in responsibilities (Eliminating factor) · Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
· Proven track record of strategic financial planning and execution Hard Skills.
· Ability to outline financial strategy, provide strategic insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
· Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
· Fluency in Portugues and English (Eliminating factor) · Refined Analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills that support and allow for solid decision-making Soft Skills.
