As the Digital Solutions and Market Development Manager, you hold a key position within (COMPANY NAME) Diagnostics Portugal's marketing team.
Digital solutions are becoming increasingly important in healthcare and they are a key pillar of our offering.
* You champion the adoption of our digital innovations across our internal commercial teams and through the healthcare landscape.
* You develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies to drive market awareness and user adoption of our digital solutions, analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for digital health solutions within the diagnostics space.
* You develop commercialization strategies to monetize new digital/software solutions.
* You create impactfull and compelling messaging that highlights the value proposition and benefits of our digital offerings for both labs and healthcare provider institutions.
* You collaborate with the local (COMPANY NAME) organization to integrate digital solutions seamlessly into existing sales channels and marketing campaigns, working in close connection with global headquarters for strategic alignment.
* You foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the digital health ecosystem to expand our reach and impact.
While championing the new, you'll also play a crucial role in ensuring sustainable growth for our established diagnostics solutions.
Who you are.
* You hold a higher education degree in Life sciences, Marketing, IT or other related fields.
* You have proven experience in driving market adoption for innovative digital health solutions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the healthcare IT landscape and current digital health trends, passion for innovation and a commitment to improving patient care through digital solutions.
* You have the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and market development plans.
* You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, showing a strong collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills that allow the development of long-term and trustful relationships.
* You are an excellent communicator and demonstrate strong presentation skills.
* Experience working within the diagnostics industry is a plus.
* You are proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader (COMPANY NAME) enterprise.
