CZECH DATA ANNOTATION ADVISOR FOR AN E-COMMERCE COMPANY

Description: Come and work with us. Are you Czech native or fluent with strong communication skills? Looking to make your career abroad in a multicultural environment? So we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is an online marketplace operated in a number of countries, offers heavily discounted goods which are mostly shipped to consumers directly from China As a data annotation advisor, your daily responsibilities will include:Reviewing and annotating data based on provided guidelines and criteria.Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data labeling and annotation.Identifying and resolving discrepancies or ambiguities in data annotations.Collaborating with team members to maintain high-quality annotated datasets.Adhering to project deadlines and quality standards.Providing feedback on annotation guidelines and suggesting improvements.Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive data.Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience. To succeed in the role, you will need to have:Native or proficient level of Czech (C2)Intermediate level of English (at least B2) Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages Knowledge of and experience with measuring and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographiesA motivated and enthusiastic personalitySelf-organized, planning and prioritization skillsDependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervisionAbility to interact positively with peers and supervisorsPatience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stressAbility to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situationsTechnical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quicklyFamiliarity with ticketing systemsExperience with policy work, or help resource project managementAble to follow guidelines and instructionsAbility to think outside the boxMust hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for PortugalBe a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon or Porto) Benefits.Signing bonusRelocation packageCompetitive wagesPaid professional trainingEmployee discountsPrivate healthcare & dental insurance (after six months of employment)Growth opportunities through various development programsFun and engaging company-wide initiatives, including our EverBetter wellness programJob stabilityLife-long skills and experienceExcellent work culture Go further with Foundever™ We believe in memorable associate experiences.
