Fulltime DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Handle all incoming contacts from customers through phone chat and email Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues Use adequate tools processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate valid and complete information Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience REQUIREMENTS.
C1 level of Polish and B2 English both oral and written Passionate about customers and customer service Problemsolving skills Upbeat and positive attitude Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity OFFER.
Relocation support with a room Temporary renewable working contract 40 Hours per week work on a rotating shift pattern from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 5 PM but it might go up until 10 PM on peak seasons Two weeks training compensated 50% Holiday entitlement according to Portuguese law with 22 days off per year Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months Permanent contract after 2 years Private health insurance after contract signature (additional to standard insurance) A dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphere Guidance and tools to reach your full potential
