Pour les aider dans cette expansion, l’attention de notre client s’est retournée vers le Portugal et sa communauté francophone pleine de talent, pour rechercher des Customer Success Managers.
VOTRE PROFIL Maîtrise de la langue française (bilingue ou natif) Bon niveau d’anglais (la formation sera en anglais) 2-3 ans d’expérience en relation clientèle Expérience en marketing digital serait un plus Connaissance des outils de marketing digital (médias sociaux, marketing par e-mail, moteurs de recherche) Très bonne communication à l’écrit et à l’oral Capacité d’écoute et empathie Bonne capacité de résolution de problèmes, flexibilité et organisation VOS MISSIONS En contact direct avec le client pour toutes ses demandes relatives au marketing digital de son club de fitness, vous représenterez le client et de ses exigences en interne pour le reste de l’équipe.
Vous traduirez les besoins du client aux équipes techniques, assurerez un contrôle qualité, vérifierez que tout est bien conforme à la vision du client avant l’envoi d’une campagne, remonterez les performances et faciliterez la résolution des problèmes rencontrés par le client sur le marketing digital.
Responsabilités principales.
Onboarding des nouveaux clients Relance journalière des clients concernant les éléments manquants Conseils stratégiques aux clients Remontée des corrections à faire aux media buyers et funnel builders.
Reporting des performances des campagnes à remonter aux media buyers et aux clients Suggestions de tests aux Media Buyers et funnel builders Formation des clients à l’utilisation de l’outil de prospection interne Remontée des bugs aux développeurs, suivi du débuggage et redescente de l’information de la correction aux clients Tenir les clients informés quotidiennement des modifications de leur marketing digital Conscientisation des résultats aux clients Service client sur Whatsapp Remonter au CMO les clubs en « red flag » PACKAGE SALARIAL ET AVANTAGES € brut / an selon profil Formation interne 100% télétravail Envie de saisir l’opportunité?
