I'm looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle incoming customer inquiries across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with providing both scripted and personalized responses.
Key Responsibilities.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Providing scripted responses with professionalism and accuracy - Tailoring personalized responses to customer needs and concerns - Utilizing pre-written templates as needed Qualifications.
- Proven experience in a similar role with at least X years in customer service - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Strong problem-solving ability Please include relevant examples of past work and detailed project proposals in your application.
