**Key Responsibilities:** - Answer incoming calls politely and professionally.
- Take accurate messages when necessary.
- Efficiently redirect calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
**Expectations:** - You will be handling between 10 to 50 calls per day, so multitasking skills are welcome; initial training will be provided.
- Knowledge and experience in customer service are required, with at least minimal experience necessary.
- Ability to understand and execute call scripts.
