Job Description Role.
Lead and motivate a customer service team to provide exceptional service to every customer; Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures; Manage and resolve complex customer complaints and inquiries; Monitor team performance and report on metrics; Coach and mentor team members for career development; Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
What are we looking for?.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service leadership roles; Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Hands-on mentality, a strong customer orientation as well as flexibility in constantly tackling new challenges; Empathetic leadership style combined with strong communication skills to ensure a motivated and consistent approach with your team and internal stakeholders; Portuguese native and fluency in English.
What do we offer? Gross Fixed salary x 14 months + Performance bonus 485€ x14 months; Meal allowance.
7,63€/day.
