Your role involves answering incoming phone calls emails chats or other communication channels and providing solutions that meet the customers needs.

Responsibilities.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone email chat or other communication channels; Recording and documenting customer interactions and issue resolutions in the customer system; Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and support; Resolving customer complaints or issues with products or services ensuring a positive customer experience; Providing product information price quotes and processing orders or returns as necessary; Collaborating with other departments within the organization to resolve customer inquiries or issues; Adhering to company guidelines and procedures regarding customer service and communication.
Vereisten Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Customeroriented with empathy to deal with customers effectively; Problemsolving ability and ability to perform under pressure; Basic knowledge of computer and software applications; Flexibility to work in a shift schedule including weekends and evenings if necessary; Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus; Commitment to staying with the client in Portugal for at least 1 year; Minimum MBO diploma; Enrollment in the education related to the project your hours will be paid; Fluent in Dutch and English (B2) As a customer service representative you play an essential role in building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
