What you'll do As a Customer Service Representative, you&#;ll assist customer’s needs by ordering supplies and issuing messages; Answer calls from customers relating to the company’s services; Process pick up orders; Provide shipping information and quotations; Track packages and request proof of delivery.
What you'll need Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in French; Fluency in English &#; B2 level (mandatory); As a Customer Service Representative, you&#;ll need great listening and communication skills; Attention to detail; Aptitude for problem-solving; Dynamism and team spirit; High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
