Procura integrar na sua equipa um Customer Service, fluente em Inglês (M/F).
Responsabilidades • Garantir um atendimento personalizado e atempado aos clientes dos mercados atribuídos;• Ter em conta as necessidades do cliente, comunicando-as internamente, com o objetivo de garantir a satisfação das mesmas no menor tempo possível;• Ser o elo de comunicação entre o(a) Account Manager, Design, Planeamento, Logística e outras áreas da empresa;• Análise de dados e criação de relatórios para acompanhamento dos mercados.
Perfil • Mínimo 12º Ano de escolaridade;• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência na função de preferência no setor da indústria;• Fluente a inglês;• Valorizam-se conhecimentos gerais em CRM e de gestão integrada de ERP Primavera;• Conhecimentos de informática e utilização das Ferramentas Office;• Capacidade de Trabalho de Equipa, Inovação, Integridade;• Planeamento e capacidade para trabalhar por objetivos e resultados;• Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal.
