O/A candidato/a integrará uma equipa numa empresa em crescimento em Portugal.
A reportar diretamente à Administração este profissional deverá.
- Estabelecer o contacto diário (via telefone) com vários Clientes a fim de proceder à qualificação dos pedidos apresentados em sistema (via email ou portal); - Responder em conformidade de modo a maximizar a qualidade da resposta, potenciando as possibilidades de realização de vendas adicionais; - Disponibilizar um serviço altamente customizado e de qualidade diferenciadora; - Prestar o apoio e acompanhamento necessário ao Cliente no âmbito do seu 'core business'.
- Manutenção de bases dados de clientes e produtos em SAP.

Requisitos.
Habilitações Mínimas.
Licenciatura em Química (preferencial); Fluente em Inglês (obrigatório); Gosto pelo trabalho por objetivos, desafios constantes e contacto com o cliente; Boa capacidade de comunicação; Domínio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office, em particular o domínio do Excel (fórmulas, tabelas dinâmicas, etc.); conhecimentos de SAP Bussines One (preferencialmente); Disponibilidade imediata.
