Descrição da Função.
Estabelecimento e manutenção da relação do cliente com a empresa; Seguimento comercial do cliente; Receção, registo e acompanhamento de encomendas; Articulação com vários departamentos na empresa; Gestão de stocks e cobranças; Análise e otimização de processos.
Perfil dos candidatos.
Licenciatura Comunicação Empresarial, Marketing, Relações Internacionais ou áreas semelhantes; Fluente em Inglês (falado e escrito); Bons conhecimentos de Francês (falado e escrito); Experiência como Customer care na indústria (fator preferencial); Capacidade e gosto pelo trabalho em equipa; Foco no serviço prestado ao cliente; Conhecimentos de informática na óptica do utilizador, com domínio do Microsoft Excel.
