Função - Garantir suporte e assistência aos clientes em todas as questões relacionadas com preços e propostas comerciais; - Assegurar a gestão de todos os procedimentos de Contratação Pública (Consultas Prévias, Ajustes Diretos, Concursos Públicos) da carteira de clientes, e consequente gestão Plataformas Eletrónicas de Contratação Pública; - Prestar apoio comercial, nomeadamente dar resposta a pedidos de orçamentos e elaboração de propostas comerciais; - Dar apoio no controlo de caducidade de documentação; - Garantir a atualização de Listagens de Preços e Masters; Requisitos - Habilitações Mínimas.
12º Ano de escolaridade; - Experiência profissional no ramo hospitalar (serviço de aprovisionamento, dispositivos médicos ou farmácia) será uma mais-valia, mas não é fator eliminatório; - Experiência em concursos hospitalares; - Dinâmico/a, rapidez de raciocínio e muita atenção ao detalhe, são competências muito valorizadas; - Elevada capacidade de comunicação e gosto pelo contacto com o cliente; - Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e com bom relacionamento interpessoal; - Conhecimentos de Espanhol serão uma mais-valia (não é fator eliminatório); - Domínio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office, particularmente em Excel; - Disponibilidade imediata.
Oferta - Contratação direta pela empresa cliente; - Salário Base de acordo com a experiência demonstrada + SA.
9,50€/Dia em cartão + Seguro de Saúde após efetividade; - Horário.
Segunda a sexta-feira 8hh00; 9hh30 ou 9hh00; - Integração numa empresa de referência na sua área de atuação e excelentes perspetivas de crescimento pessoal e profissional.
