Descrição As a Customer Service Assistant your main responsibilities will be.
Give guidelines and support Booking teams in GBS on all topics (process, dispute, customer profiles, etc.) if applicable.
Coordinate internally and/or respond to customer queries related to shipment.
Monitor shipment according to customer status and track and trace upon delivery.
Participate to the promotion of relevant products or services when talking to customers.
Contact customers and manage/ coordinate system modifications when needed.
Booking amendments requested by customers, HO or internal departments.
COD managements.
Carrier haulage coordination.
Disputes management.
Manual creation of release orders when needed Perfil ideal In terms of skills we are looking for a candidate with.
BA Degree in relevant areas; Proven experience in similar areas; Shipping knowledge; Legal and/ or regulatory frame knowledge; Hygiene, safety, and environment rules; Advance Portuguese and English; Software / IT Applications; Availability to work at the office from 9am to pm.
