DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Receive calls or emails from clients/patients Guide patients and customersin use of the products and help resolve their technical and operational questionsaccording to the received training and preestablishes guidelines Indicate local point of sales of products and medical procedures Support orders ofspare and replacement parts handle complaints and escalate cases when necessary REQUIREMENTS.
Fluent verbal and written German and English languages Ability to manage different types of inbound inquiries over the phone and email Ability to multitask & work under pressure Ability to learn fast and be diligent OFFER.
A relocation support 8 work hours 5 days per week fromMonday to Friday Shifts on weekly rotation.
