Purpose of Position Assist Owner Services during the peak season with the process of booking flights, managing flight changes to existing bookings and processing other Owner queries or requirements as needed.
Tasks and Responsibilities * Assist Owner Services with new flight reservation requests and changes on the existing reservations, in the most prompt, consultative, personalized and efficient way, in order to guarantee that customer needs are anticipated, met and exceeded; * Load the flight details of new reservations and changes accurately and promptly into the reservations system (IJET) in order to guarantee that all relevant departments have the correct and necessary data to fulfil the Owners requests, providing a high quality customer service; * Guarantee the flights feasibility, by checking information in the reservation system, in order to provide Owner Services with the relevant information and so that Owner Services can promptly send the flight confirmation to Owners, delivering a high standard of service; * Assist with the processing of Owner queries and the insertion and management of ancillary services and requests in their reservations as required.
Education Bachelor's in Aviation or Tourism Certifications and Licenses Years of Experience 2-4 years of experience Core Competencies Strives for Positive Results Curiosity Collaboration Adaptability Service-Oriented Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) * 1 to 3 years of experience in customer-facing or contact centre environments is preferred; * Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
Additional languages (including Italian, Dutch, German, Russian, French and Spanish) are a plus; * Proficiency in MS Office.
