What you will do in this role As a Customer Advisor, you will.
* Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) in an interactive and user-friendly manner * Attract potential customers by promoting products and services; suggest products and services tailored to customer needs * Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
