The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting out in with a small jewelry line, which later expanded to clothing in .
MIKUTA is a young, wild & free-inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock’n’roll.
MIKUTA is currently one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the fashion market.
Along with Customer Support, the office in Guimarães also houses the Wholesale, Supply Chain, and Design departments for MIKUTA.

Your role.
Along with the rest of the team, your role will be to provide the best experience to the customer, quickly understanding their needs and helping solve their questions or doubts in a fast and friendly way.
The main communication channels would be social media (IG & FB), email, and Whatsapp.
Your Skill-sets.
You have excellent written and verbal English skills (other languages are valued as well).
You are an effective communicator, able to generate empathy and understand how to interact with people in different environments.
You have experience working in customer support, dealing with a high volume of inquiries.
You have availability to spend the first two months in our office to work closely with the team and learn more about the brand and the department’s vision for the future.
You are familiar with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
