What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor for Hotel Reservations App, you will.
Assist customers with their last-minute bookings mainly through chat.
Use your creativity and intuition to help undecided customers choose from the range of hotels in the Americas, Europe, and Australia.
Proudly provide excellent customer service by managing expectations and claims in a very positive, polite, and diplomatic way.

Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit Have good writing skills is mandatory Are available to work night shifts Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism representative If you feel you don't check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
