About the role Our Credit Management team, composed of 15 people, is integrated in the Cash Collection EMEA department and focuses on the analisys and control of customer’s accounts in collaboration with different departments and stakeholders.
As a Credit Representative Trainee, you will work on managing a portfolio of customers from different markets in EMEA, having the accounts under control and contacting the customers by phone and email to support their on different situations regarding the payment performance.
You will get the opportunity to contribute to maintain the good relationship with ours customers, and have a positive impact on the results of the Cash Collections team.

Analyze the customers’ accounts and identify their payment behavior Work with the customers to reduce the payment cycle and to ensure they respect the payment terms agreed Identify the reasons blocking the payment and ensure their resolution to enable the prompt payment We offer a 9 Months Internship contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Relevant education degree in Finance or related field.
Competencies.
Fluency in English Proficient in Excel Good telephone communication skills with developed negotiation techniques German/ French/ Italian/ Spanish are a plus Behaviors.
