Global Business Services (GBS) develops, maintains and implements standardized transactional processes across Bose, to be delivered from our Lisbon, Portugal Business Services Center (BSC) and supported across other Bose offices worldwide.
By closely aligning with internal customers and by partnering with the BSC, GBS manages the delivery of services to achieve our internal business needs by driving efficiencies and effectiveness.
To join our team, we are currently recruiting a Credit & Collections Specialist to join our Invoice to Cash (ItC) team.
You will.
Manage day to day Invoice to Cash activities for several different corporate entities, including a timely and accurate account monitoring while providing the highest level of customer service; Create and review internal reports, analysis requirements including customer and bank statements on a recurring basis to ensure all issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner; Reply to all customer inquiries; Reconcile statements, research and correct discrepancies; Partner with other teams for daily receipt application, cash management and for debit/credit memo creation; Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices; Assist with other projects as needed.
What you'll need to succeed We are looking for people with.
Experience in the role; Significant experience in collection of funds from customers in a B2B environment; Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business Management or with equivalent; Knowledge of SAP; Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, communications skills; Fluency in English and German; If you require further information, email .
