To join our team, we are currently recruiting a Credit and Collections Specialist, fluent in French.
You will.
Manage day to day Invoice to Cash Process activities for several different corporate entities, including a timely and accurate account monitoring while providing the highest level of customer service; Create and review internal reports, analysis requirements including customer and bank statements on a recurring basis to ensure all issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner; Reply to all customer inquiries; Reconcile statements, research and correct discrepancies; Partner with other teams for daily receipt application, cash management and for debit/credit memo creation; Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices; Assist with other projects as needed.
What you'll need to succeed.
Experience in the role; Experience and/or education in use of Office and ERP System application SAP (preferred); Degree in Finance, Accountancy or Business Management or with equivalent; Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, communications skills; Fluency in English and French Additional European Language is an advantage Are you interested in this position?
