ob description:-Apply the administrative procedures;-Create files in the Medcase tool;-Manage the existant files,-Alert the line manager to anomalies and sensitive cases;- Manage prevention plan:-Centralise client requests with a view to organising health check-ups;-Suggest suitable service providers to them;-Retrieve medical informations from medical providers;-Manage convocations for your international perimeter;- Be responsible for the management of contingency plans:-Manage life files (sick leaves for our french clients).
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree, with or without experience in insurance;- Have experience in a multinational environment an ability to negotiate a good communication and teamwork skills;- Have excellent attention to detail with good interpersonal skills;- Be dynamic organized pro-active, friendly and patient;- Be able to work within deadlines and well under pressure.- Be bilingual in English, French and Spanish in order to carry out your missions.
