Here's what I need.
-Conduct market research on the most important ATS worldwide.
-Analyze standard functions for employers and candidates.
-Identify AI functions for both employers and candidates.
-Detect opportunities, challenges, or areas for improvement in current ATS systems.
The deliverable should be a comprehensive list of functions for both employers and applicants.
Ideal candidates for this project should have a strong background in ATS development and market dynamics, excellent knowledge of workflow processes, and experience in implementing AI.
Familiarity with HR software and ATS systems would be highly advantageous.
