En tant que Conseiller Client vous aurez lopportunit dassister nos clients travers diffrents canaux pour rpondre leurs questions sur labonnement la facturation le dpannage technique et autres sujets.
Vous fournirez galement un support pour les comptes et les applications en particulier en ce qui concerne la fonctionnalit logicielle.
Responsabilits.
Assister les clients par le biais des diffrents canaux pour les questions relatives labonnement la facturation et au dpannage technique.
Fournir aux clients une assistance en matire de compte et dapplication notamment en ce qui concerne les fonctionnalits du logiciel.
Fournir des rponses prcises et en temps rel aux demandes des clients.
Tenir un registre des interactions et des transactions avec les clients en enregistrant les dtails des demandes des plaintes ou des commentaires ainsi que les mesures prises.
Fournir aux clients une assistance en matire de comptes et dapplications notamment en ce qui concerne les fonctionnalits du logiciel.
Exigences.
Minimum 1 ans dexprience en service client Natif Francophone et avoir un niveau danglais B2 minimum Exprience avec des systmes ERP (Oracle Agile Salesforce) Bonnes comptences en rsolution de problmes et en communication Avantages.
