Job Description.
- Play a crucial role in fostering a culture of growth and development within our awesome team; - Overseeing Human Resources operations and acting as the main point of contact for HR topics; - Being a strong advisor on labor law matters and policy development to ensure compliance and a fair work environment; - Developing strategies and providing guidance on employee training, professional development, and career pathing; - Collaborating on professional category classification and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards; - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop effective strategies.
Job Requirements.
- Degree in Human Resources; - Multiple years of experience in HR leadership roles; - Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced growth company; - Comprehensive knowledge of legal processes, labor laws, and policy development; - Proven ability to design employee training, development, and compensation structures; - Fluency in English; - Fluency in French (a plus); - Strong and effective communicator; - Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal.
