CENTRALIZED CONTACT DATABASE WITH CRM INTEGRATION

This system will be the hub for all contact information streaming from various sources such as VoIP, O365, WhatsApp, HubSpot, and Sigparser.
Key Requirements.
- Integration with Various Platforms.
You should possess extensive knowledge in integrating various platforms into a central database.
Experience with VoIP, O365, WhatsApp, is a must, experience with HubSpot and Sigparser will be highly valued.
- Contact Syncing.
The database should have the capability to sync contact details across all integrated platforms promptly and accurately.
- CRM Integration.
An essential part of this project is effectively linking the database with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
This would allow me to access and manage all contacts in one place, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Custom Contact Creation.
Additionally, the database should enable the creation of custom contacts.
That is, I want to leverage all my contacts with their different sources.
An ideal freelancer for this project should be proficient in database creation and integration, have solid experience in CRM systems, and display a knack for efficient data management solutions.
