Tasks You will be closely collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and evaluate opportunities for digital process automation providing technical expertise and insight Furthermore you will participate in ideation and requirements gathering workshops with our businesses across EMEA to identify potential for automation and process improvement acting as a business consultant for our businesses understanding their needs and proposing solutions to improve their productivity In addition you will develop and implement digital process automation solutions including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) win shuttle chatbots workflows and other tools to improve process efficiency You will facilitate the testing and deployment of digital process automation solutions ensuring appropriate governance and regulatory compliance as well as provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for digital process automation solutions working closely with IT teams and business users On top you will stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital process automation providing thought leadership in process transformation and automation You will collaborate with other members of the EMEA digital team to ensure seamless integration of digital process automation solutions into other digital initiatives as well as with other Corp delivery teams and external partners Requirements You possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital process automation process optimization or similar roles You bring strong business consulting skills able to understand business processes quickly and propose improvements as well as strong technical skills with experience in RPA chatbots workflows powerautomate powerplatforms API integrations and other digital process automation tools Furthermore you have strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities with the ability to think strategically.
as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with different departments and stakeholders at all levels You bring the ability to lead technical projects from inception to completion with a focus on delivering results Proficiency in English both written and verbal is a must Benefits Competitive Salary Unlimited contract Social Benefits 100% Remote
