Application support (m/f) – Remote What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Experience in Workday Systems • Experience in Help Desk / Application Support including handling with Incident Management Tools • Experience in technical analysis regarding IT applications • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office • Ability to organize and prioritize own tasks efficiently • Ability to learn customer support processes and techniques • Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus.
• IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certification is a plus • Fluency in English • Fluency in German is a plus Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
