Application Support - FRENCH Speaker Seniority.
Senior (5+ years) Type of position.
Hybrid from Oporto.
Candidates must be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field - 4+ years of experience in IT Support - Hands-on experience with application support in both Windows and Linux environments - Experience with ticketing tools (Active Directory, and Jira/Snow;) and incident management processes - Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.
., VMware, Hyper-V) - Experience with SQL - Familiarity with monitoring tools for proactive issue identification and resolution - Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols - Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills - Ability to interact professionally with end-users to understand and resolve their issues - Availability for a hybrid regime at Porto (Portugal) - Fluency in French is mandatory.
