Ensuring an impeccable customer service; Receiving and greeting customers at the designated meeting point at the airport; Responding to inquiries and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner; Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
Requirements.
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service; Proficiency in both Portuguese and English; Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integritydriven personality; Excellent customer service skills along with attention to detail; Strong communication time management and teamwork skills.
